​Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

​Domestic and International Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer worldwide shipping for all our sports equipment. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

​Estimated delivery time to the USA: 7-14 business days.

​Estimated delivery time to Europe: 5-10 business days.

​Rest of the world: 10-21 business days.

​How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

​If you haven’t received your order within 21 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at didenkoivan51@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

​Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Please note that some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your items falls into this category, we will contact you for an alternative address.
